Welcome to Waterloo Middle School!
Thank you for visiting our website. My name is Shannon Roberson and I am very excited to begin my sixth year as Waterloo's principal. I am proud to share our school community with you.
Waterloo School is a wonderful, rural 5th through 8th grade school. Waterloo students focus on building their capacity, contributing to our community in a positive way and kindness. Teachers work to challenge and engage students in their academic endeavors. Teachers are inspiring students to become effective 21st century learners. This is my 23th year with Linden Unified School District. During my career with Linden Unified, I have been a teacher, instructional coach, and site administrator. Going into my sixth year as Principal, I feel that Waterloo is a different kind of middle school because of our students and staff. As an educational community we have a growth mindset continuously looking for ways to improve our school climate and culture.
Educational opportunities are growing for students, and I expect great accomplishments from each of them. The Waterloo staff is enthusiastic and motivated to see each of your children reach their full potential.
